    At LaNier-Mckinnie Enterprise LLC, we are committed to providing quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

    1. Returns

    • Eligibility: You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.     2. Process for Returning an Item

    • Shipping Instructions: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

    3. Refunds
