Cancellation Policy

Introduction By booking a one-on-one counseling session with LaNier-McKinnie Enterprises, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 2. Booking Confirmation Bookings must be made through our website. A booking is confirmed only upon receiving a confirmation email. 3. Payment Terms A $100 deposit is required within one week of booking acceptance. The remaining balance must be paid before the session begins. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation. 4. Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable. If LaNier-McKinnie Enterprises cancels, a full refund will be provided. 5. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before the session can be accommodated without fees, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session will incur a 25% fee. 6. Confidentiality All sessions are confidential. We will not share your information without your consent, except as required by law. 7. Liability LaNier-McKinnie Enterprises is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the session. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the session. 8. Intellectual Property Any materials provided during the session remain the intellectual property of LaNier-McKinnie Enterprises. Clients are not permitted to record, reproduce, or distribute any part of the session without written consent. 9. Privacy Policy Personal information collected during booking will be used solely for managing your booking and will not be shared with third parties. 10. Governing Law These terms are governed by Tennessee law. Disputes will be subject to Tennessee courts.
